Sprouts Loyalty Program
Points: Points will now be called Sprouts.
Loyalty Tiers:
Green Thumb Guild: Every five dollars you spend, you’ll earn 1 Sprout. This is unchanged from our current program.
Botanical Society: Earn 115 Sprouts or more in a 12-month period and automatically upgrade to Botanical Society*! Every five dollars you spend, you’ll earn 1.5 Sprouts! Earn rewards 50% faster! In addition, you'll be the first to know about bonus point offers, Botanical Society-only offers, and more.
Blossom Bonuses: Additional earning opportunities on specific items or shopping days.
More mays to redeem: You will now be able to redeem sprouts for dollar discounts, free products and other exciting rewards! Don't worry, we'll add fall and winter-focused products as well!
Loyalty Hub: Visit our new loyalty hub for additional program information and reward options!
As a thank you for being a valued loyalty member, we’re offering double Sprouts on all eligible purchases for the first week of the new program! This bonus starts July 1st and ends July 7th.

For every eligible purchase, you receive Sprouts - whether it's a new plant, gardening tools, or plant care essentials. Accumulate Sprouts and watch your garden and rewards grow! You can redeem Sprouts for a variety of savings that will help your garden flourish without breaking the bank.

Eligibility
All customers who create an account at our store are eligible to participate in the reward program. There is no cost to participate, and customers can join at any time.
Earning Sprouts a/k/a points
Customers can earn reward points in the following ways:
Making a purchase:
Green Thumb Guild: 0-115 Sprouts earned per 12-month period. Members will earn 1 point for every $5 spent at our store. Points will be credited to the customer's account after the purchase is complete.
Botanical Society: 115+ Sprouts earned per 12-month period. Members will earn 1.5 point for every $5 spent at our store. Points will be credited to the customer's account after the purchase is complete. Maintain your upgraded status by earning 115 Sprouts each 12-month period.
Email bonus: Provide your email and earn 5 bonus points.
Anniversary reward: Reward members receive a surprise on their loyalty sign up anniversary.
Blossom Bonuses: Additional earning opportunities on specific items or shopping days.
Redemption
Sprouts may be redeemed for a variety of discounts including free items and order discounts. Upon redemption, the reward points will be deducted from the customer's account balance. Only one discount can be applied per purchase.
Exclusions
Certain categories and/or items may be excluded from earning and/or redeeming points. Purchases with custom pricing, bulk orders, fundraiser orders, and wholesale account purchases are not eligible for loyalty points.
Expiration
Reward points will expire 24 months after earning. Reward members will be notified 14 days prior to expiration.
Account Deletion
Contact Fitchburg Farms at info@fitchburgfarms.com to have you loyalty account deleted. All unredeemed points will be voided at account cancellation.
Changes and Modifications
Fitchburg Farms reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward program at any time. Any changes or modifications will be updated on our website. Points rewarded in error or excess may be removed without notification and/or warning.
